Project Name: “Evoluta Gourmet Experience”

Easy to read

Project Summary

The “Evoluta Gourmet Experience” project is focused on innovation and technological development in the Adriatic region of Croatia through sustainable tourism services, environmental responsibility and digital solutions. The main focus is the development of modular, self-sustaining outdoor kitchen systems (EGE Stages) and a digital platform for managing culinary workshops (EGE Performances).
The EGE Stages are constructed from environmentally responsible materials such as GRC concrete, eco wood and rice husks, and are powered by solar energy, enabling autonomous operation. The integration of NFC and QR code technology simplifies participant registration and access to digital content.
The project includes both industrial research and experimental development. In the first phase (16 months), material research is conducted, conceptual designs are developed and three EGE Stage prototypes are tested. In the second phase (12 months), the solutions are tested in real-world environments, including Polidor Camping, the Benvenuti workshop and the City of Poreč.
EGE Performances promote sustainable food practices and local gastronomy, with a strong educational component focused on waste reduction and the environmental impact of food consumption. The digital platform enables participant registration, access to educational materials and interactive engagement.
The project represents an innovative integration of green technology and digitalisation, delivering a unique outdoor gastronomic experience, financed through EU funds and private investment.

PROJECT RESULTS

  1. Product: EGE Stage
  2. Product: Digital platform – integration of NFC and QR code technology; installation of NFC chips and QR codes to provide users with access to digital content, workshop registrations, and additional information related to the culinary experience.
  3. Service: EGE Shows (development of culinary and related workshops)

Project Name: “GreenCore”

Easy to read

Project Summary

The project focuses on the development of an innovative composite material called GreenCore, which combines ecological and durable components with traditional building materials. The material is designed as a more environmentally friendly successor to classic GRC (Glassfiber Reinforced Concrete), a high-performance concrete containing Portland cement, quartz sand, glass fibers, and organic additives.

GreenCore aims to reduce the ecological footprint and CO2 emissions compared to traditional GRC, while maintaining the same strength and robustness. This material has the potential to become a sustainable alternative in construction, especially in the production of facades and designer furniture, with an emphasis on reducing negative environmental impact.
