Its island configuration gives it a strong centre, while keeping the space open from every side. It invites approach, movement and gathering in a way that feels natural outdoors.

OTOK draws from that kind of setting. From the hilly terrain of inland Istria, from the clear lines of vineyards and stone walls, from small places like Kaldir where architecture meets the land with calm confidence. Near Motovun, the horizon is never flat. The ground unfolds in layers, terraces, slopes and long views. Everything feels anchored, open and deeply connected to its surroundings.
